" Dr. Mohamed kouta holds a meeting with Minister Maj. Gen. Mahmoud Khalifa of the League of Arab States Military Adviser to the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Dr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit..."

The meeting was held at his office the headquarters of the League of Arab States and discussed several regional and international issues, ways to reach a state of political and security security, especially in the Arab region, and caution and vigilance against foreign interference and conflict resolution.
