Therefore, the arrangement of the situation in this context is wise.

In the general Arab situation and the human rights machine, Ambassador Abu Said said that the Arab world in general does not respect the Charter and the International Covenant, even though most Arab countries have signed the international charters, especially the Gulf states, which rely mainly on religion in their constitutions and do not recognize these laws. If we see the rights enshrined in the secular and religious systems, we see that the rights are imposed but do not care about them. Most of the ruling political systems are dictatorial, totalitarian or monolithic.

Ambassador Abu Said concluded that the entire Arab world can not proceed in this context, where the application of rights in them could create a serious social situation that could be the torch of those regimes and the establishment of chaos.
